We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! This mattress was a great purchase! Both my wife and I suffer from back pain and this firm mattress that adjusts has improved our sleep tremendously! We love that we can adjust the height of both the head and feet....this allows pressure to be taken directly off of the lower back. The firmness of the mattress did take a night or 2 to adjust to, but we are so happy with our decision.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic Mattress and the improvements to this new model are great. The new mattress is even more supportive than our older one, preventing any back pain. If you like a firm mattress this mattress is for you. The only draw back is the thing is darn heavy.

The moment you lay down on it, you're body just begins to relax. The tensions of the day melt away. It doesn't matter if you're more comfortable on your back or your side, this mattress just follows the contours of your body. It's by far the best mattress I've ever slept on and I would recommend it to anyone.

It used to take me forever to fall asleep and I would toss and turn throughout the night, often waking up throughout the night. I also used to suffer from shoulder pain (but I thought it was me maybe not wearing proper shoes or carrying to ​many things in my bag) After I was gifted the ProAdapt Mattress system from Tempur-Pedic, I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and my shoulder pain was gone after only a fe​​​w weeks.

Well they all said it would take time to get use the our new mattress, and they were right !! It's been about 2 weeks and I think we are finally getting use to the firmness. I have to admit my back has been feeling better, so it must be working. Sure in time, we will be loving this bed. I do love the firm pillows we got. I use to sleep with 2 pillows, not I just use one. For this price ... we better start loving it...

The very first night we slept on the new bed, we couldn't believe the comfort. We don't feel each other's movements at all! I wasn't sure how I would like the "Firm," but my husband and I are happy to say we love it. Wish we had bought a Tempur-Pedic years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last few years my wife had said that we needed a new mattress but I couldn't understand why because I thought we were sleeping fine. I finally gave in after I hurt my back trying to flip out king size mattress. We shopped around and finally decided on a Tempur-ProAdapt mattress. What a difference our purchase made. No more tossing and turning throughout the night and even better no more back pain in the morning. I had always attributed all of my morning aches and pains as just part of getting older. I was totally wrong. Now when I wake up in the morning I can actually hop out of bed and be ready to go. I no longer have to slowly stand up to get my back to the point where I can actually walk. Another really wonderful result of the new mattress is that neither of us feels the other one getting into or out of the bed allowing the other to continue to sleep undisturbed. Hands down this mattress is the best purchase we have made in regards to our comfort and well being.

We started out with the luxeadapt firm. That was too much sink for us. We were able to exchange for the proadapt firm and hardly any sink at all. I can roll in my sleep easily and it feels very comfortable in any sleep position although I prefer back or stomach. It's hard to imagine ever going back to spring mattress.

My husband loves it as well. We've been spoiled by Zero Gravity. We were hesitant to get the adjustable base, so glad we did. Worth every penny
