Probably will exchange for a less firm mattress. Store mattress was NOT as hard as one delivered to my home.

I noticed a difference in a few days. No back or shoulder aches. The remote is easy to use. I feel I made a good investment.

Mattress was as described and as it felt at the store. It helped with my back pain from old, soft mattress with great support.

I know I will always get a good night's sleep on our new mattress. Very restful in any position. No more back pain. Love the height.

tried a lot of mattresses. this is the one 2 of us could agree was comfortable. feels cool. little movement transfer.

The mattress is super hard. My back aches when I get up. I get up several times through the night due to the discomfort.

So far the mattress is performing very well. Very supportive yet not hard. My wife and I are sleeping better than ever.

Got this mattress for my husband and he slept so well on it.. I got no sleep from the sounds he was making lol
