Both my wife and I have back issues but this mattress is too firm. For the cost we expected a more comfortable sleep.

We like the new mattress. Disappointed that. We never heard after submitting the "free" pillow promo. .

As the mattress is getting broken in my wife's lower back and hips have stopped bothering as well as my shoulder pain has gotten better.

I have to say it's the most comfortable mattress I ever owned in my life . I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a GREAT NIGHT SLEEP .

This is not the bed for me. I can't explain why but it is just not comfortable. My husband sleeps fine on it.
