Simply the best!!!! Words can't explain it, an hour trying it in the store can't explain it either. Wait till you sleep on the mattress all night and become a believer. Simply said it's amazing!

The bed is just how I hoped it would be. I'm through the break in period and it has started to soften up a little bit. With it being the hybrid (what my wife wanted) it doesn't sink in as much as I wanted.

We were told our bed would arrived on a specific date and then had to call every day to verify the arrival date. Called and there was no resolution. Paying 5,000 for less than great services. It would have been better to order locally.

We are just finishing the 30 day trail period we feel it does not provide enough support. We are going to give the firm version of our mattress a try and hope it is better if not we will be shopping other brands.

For about 10 days we felt the mattress was too firm. We went to store to check how long it takes to soften up. The salesman gave us a foam mattress and it really helped a lot. Our backs feel much better after a good night sleep. Thank you.
