My previous mattresses were a Sealy coil/box spring and most recently a Simmons Beauty Rest coil/box spring which I had for almost 10 years . In the last six to eight months with the Simmons, I started feeling back pain as the middle of the mattress started to sag. The first couple of nights on the Tempur-Pedic felt foriegn compared to what I'd been used to for a decade; now that I've been sleeping on it for 10 weeks, I can easily say that it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. At first, I wondered if the medium Hybird was too firm, but no; after less than a week, I now sleep very, very good every single night. Yes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses are expensive but they are worth the price, I have no regrets. I work a lot of hours all the time, averaging about 5 1/2-6 hours of sleep 6 of 7 days a week. I needed something really comfortable allowing me to fall asleep quick in the hours I have which is what the Tempur-Pedic offers. Oh yah, I have the pillows too, which are very nice.

So my husband and I had an original Tempurpedic. We moved twice with it.It was about 20 years old.The original warranty said it was to last 20-25 years.We started to have back pain but no way blamed the matress.It was supposed to last 25 years.Well after going for therapy we finally caved called and told them we wanted the same exact matress we bought 20 years ago.That brought us to the Pro Adapt Firm.The FIRST night my hip and back pain was relieved.If I did not experience it myself I wouldve never ever believed it.We also got the top of the line pillows which I equally LOVE.Yes we still have the aches and pains of getting older but no longer is it the matress.We simply needed a NEW Matress.We love our Temperpedic and am so glad we decided to buy a new one.Thanks Temperpedic.The white glove delivery was also top notch.It was a wonderful buying experience all the way around and we bought it ONLINE direct from Tempurpedic!!!

I've bought 4 mattresses in my adult life and nothing has ever made a dent in my terrible sleep, and for the first time in my life, after using this mattress- I wake up refreshed!! It sleeps cool, so I don't find myself sprawling all around, trying to find the cold spots anymore, and my joints don't ache at all! I'm replacing all of my mattresses in my other rooms with this immediately. I didn't even know a mattress could make this big of a difference.

My husband and I adore this mattress! This is the best mattress I have ever owned. We are in our 40's and so glad we bought a high quality mattress when we did. Both of our backs are in a comprised state and this mattress perfectly molds to you. Not too soft, not too firm, just perfect!! We purchased the adjustable frame. We feel pretty fancy, sleeping so luxuriously! You should do the same!

We love our new mattress. We are an elderly couple with many aches and pains. Both of us are sleeping better then we have for a long time. Couple issues, small ones tho, are unless you want to spend a lot on a set of fairly average sheets from temper pedic made specifically for their beds, it is hard to find really good fitting ones. Also be prepared to spend a lot for these mattress'. If you can afford it then it is worth it. But don't go into debt for it.

Doesn't seem as soft as in the store. But overall pretty comfortable, maybe I was expecting too much with all the hype for a tempurpedic mattress. I would buy again because of the comfort still. With the box spring the bed sits pretty high, almost have to jump in.

We have not seen any difference yet, we're having worse back and neck pain. We were told to use it for 120 days before we could see any difference. We are using this bed over a little over 2 weeks now. The bed retains heat. So prepare to lower your thermostat. We will give another review after the time frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on the Tempur-PRO adapt Matress for a few weeks now and I think it may be the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Mine is soft, but it's still supportive. The only complaint I have is that it does seem to trap heat, so I do notice I get hot in my sleep. Over all I really love it!

My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! We purchased our Tempur Adapt Medium Hybird about a month ago and it still doesn't feel like it did in the store. I have been suffering from lower back pain while sleeping for about 10 years, and after trying many other mattress, including running the gambit of online companies, we figured we would bite the bullet and pay for a top of the line mattress. I was hoping that with all the hype and great reviews, we'd get what we paid for...the best nights sleep money can buy. But I'm still experiencing the same lower back pain I had on mattresses 1/3 of the price.
