This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. What a joy to finally get a good night's sleep without tossing and turning. I awaken rested and ready for each challenging day. I periodically end up on my stomach instead of my back. When that happens, I tend to have some back pain, but considering how I was feeling, I feel as if I am sleeping on cloud 9. More than I wanted to spend but well worh the money, especially with a 60-month payment plan, it is very convenient and affordable.

We love the bed. Haven't slept this well in years. My husband isn't snoring as much or I'm sleeping so much better I don't hear him. I don't wake up every two hours turning because I no longer hurt!! I could never lay on on side to long as my hip and knee would hurt. That's gone. What I blamed on back problems for years was 80% bed problems. Best money we've ever spent.

We have the best nights sleep now. We had heard rumors that we would need time to get used to our new mattress. We adapted the very first night. The most comfortable mattress ever. It also only takes us about 2 minutes to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning. We have been married for almost 40 years, so we have tested and owned quite a few mattress and this one is by far the best!

Great mattress sleep much better at night!! Only issue is the sheets do not stay on. I thought it was the$170 mattress protector that was slipping the sheets off. But it wasn't. They continue to fall off every night. I have the extra deep pocketed sheets too....

So, we bought the twinxl split king. We have had the mattress now a month and its finally getting softer. It's been like sleeping on a ply-board. The first two weeks my back and joints hurt me bad when first getting up. The reclining adjustable base with LED light is nice to have at night. Love the vibrating base. Is it worth what we paid. Hard to say at this point.

Originally we had gotten a new basic spring mattress. When we were still having trouble getting a restful sleep we went back and traded it in for the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt soft. This was the best decision we could have made. This is truly the best sleep my husband and I have ever had. We sink in and fall right asleep. We will never go back to a spring mattress again.

Not as great as everyone says it is. I was very excited for the cooling feature because I sweat a lot at night and after the first night with this mattress, I've never sweated more in my life. And it's been multiple night, still have yet to notice the cooling feature. Very disappointed that this is non existent..:

This is a firm mattress. My husband was ready to return next day. He is a big man so this was a computerized fit for him. I reminded him you have to give it an adjusting period. In the past he has had pain. I have not heard any complaints about his hip or back. I am able to sleep peacefully without him waking me through out the night. Max our salesman took time with us and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products he sells.

I have never bought a mattress before, first got memory form out of a box and it was terrible so I exchanged for tempur-proAdapt soft and really do not like it either. Since I already had one exchange they would not take this back and refund my money. I just do not like it so it is in the other room and I am still sleeping on my old bed. Great product but not for me.
