Even though the mattress is shipped very compressed. It expands and is just as firm as any other mattress of similar type. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The mattress came rolled up not in a box we were very shocked to see that since it shows in a box. It was pretty heavy and we had to make sure it unwrapped slowly so we didn’t get hurt. It’s pretty nice for a guest room bed. We like it.

This was so easy to take out box and setup my 11 year old was able to do it. I like the firmness of the mattress. It seems solid I will review again when I sleep on it.

I always buy my mattresses from Sam's Club. Never had an issue. I thought these would would not be as firm as they are. These are very firm. My kids 2 and 5 have not complained or mood has not been affected by it. So we kept them.

Was shopping for a mattress for a full sized day bed and found this. I am impressed with it overall, followed directions for how long to let it expand before use and it’s really comfortable.

The bed came quickly (earlier than expected) and that was great, but it didn't give as much support/firmness as expected. We ended up buying a topper for it, so that helped.

This bed is extremely firm. In the description it says it comes with a base or box spring; it does not. I called Sam's and was told I could replace the order and it would come with a box spring and they would pick up the mattress I recieved. I did not get a box spring, just another mattress. I can't imagine what they paid to have it picked up by a third party. They are wasting money and have an inaccurate description. I love Sams, but I'm unsure if I can trust the item description online.

Sams Club description for the 8" hybrid twin mattress clearly provides that the mattress included a frame. Pictures show a frame.The mattress does NOT include a frame despite the description. It is only a mattress. Sam's acknowledged that there should be a frame and said it would send one. It only sent another mattress. Now, I have two mattresses and no frame. No offer to help, no offer to come pick up extra, no help with frame, told to call Zinus. And then, Daniela just hung up the chat and said she was releasing the chat to help the next member. Did not arrange a pick up, refund, or anything. Gave no further directions. Very abrupt. So now, will have to drive a mattress hours to return. Bad business.

The only reason I didn't put this as excellent is because I haven't had it that long. Love it! Comfortable in its firmness. Sturdy, has the coils inside(not wire), not just a topper but a mattress! Only thing, no handles to grab. Bulky but one person can handle it if they have to. Loved the way it's packaged! Like it's vacuum sealed and poufs out when you release the packaging. Good thing it was so well packed too..FedEX shipping did about everything but shred the box!
