I didn't think we could ever replace this very old mattress because it was SO PERFECT! It was also completely worn out after about 25 years or so. Well, we got the ProAdapt firm and it is just like our old one. I was just thrilled. Completely happy. Our clerk was extremely helpful in listening to my story about trying to find another Tempurpedic mattress like our original. She just pointed it out and said that was it. And it was! If you want a firm mattress, this is the one! We got free delivery in 2 days and interest-free financing for 5 years. I ordered new pillows and can't wait for them to come in! Thank you, Lisa!

The delivery team arrived Monday, October 21, 2019 a Wonderful morning at 9:15am.... I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. The delivery guys were so polite and courteous, simply outstanding, second to none! A special thank you to Sleep Outfitters' Danville KY store Manager, Tish O'Rea!!!She was so helpful, patient and kind during the purchase plight for a new mattress set. There were many changes along the way and Sleep Outfitters made every one of them effortless and a wonderful experience overall. My joints don't ache as much anymore. I am so happy to go to sleep instead of dreading it. I Don't wake up in the middle of the night. The Zero Gravity setting is my absolute favorite!!! It truly feels like I'm floating!!!Words cannot put how I feel about my bed...Love Love Love My Tempur Pedic!!! Thank you Tish for caring about the customer and giving such excellent customer service-you're the best! I'm Never going back to a standard mattress AGAIN!!! Purchased recently and now am concerned about it containing truly toxic materials...having hard time getting clarity. Does not seem to have any environmental certifications. I assumed being a top name it would be fine, but now the more I look into it the worse it sounds....

My husband and I were miserable with the various beds we tried. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bed. But we finally realized we weren't getting enough restful sleep and it was effecting us mentally and physically. Would definitely recommend spending the money. Your back, hips, knees, shoulders, etc. will thank you.

I really hate to give a poor review but I just cannot get a good night's sleep on this mattress. I wake with aches and pains every morning and some mornings with a headache. I do not feel rested because I toss and turn throughout the night. I made the mistake of purchasing the mattress from somewhere other than Tempur-Pedic and cannot get them to honor the exchange/refund process that Tempur-Pedic provides. Highly recommend that Tempur-Pedic sell their own mattress in order to allow customers to utilize the exchange/refund which keeps customers happy even if they are not happy with the mattress.

I bought this bed because I was having major issues with back pain making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning - I opted to go with a firm mattress because this is what my mom had and it seemed to help her. My first night on this bed, it was so much firmer than anything else I had ever slept on before that I thought I had made a huge mistake in purchasing such a firm mattress. By the fourth night, I knew I had purchased the most perfect mattress for me! I am waking with much less back pain now and seem to be sleeping better too. Thank you Tempur-pedic

My husband and I went to the mattress store and spent a long time testing out each mattress. The one we chose was not Tempur-pedic. We both have physical disabilities and each night we would toss and turn. In the morning, I would wake up with shoulder, leg and hip pain. The salesman did tell us that Tempur-pedic was the best mattress for that, but we did not listen. After a month of not sleeping through an entire night, we went back to the store an exchanged the mattress for a Tempur-pedic. We finally were able to sleep comfortably and through the night and wake uo without being in pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've gotten the best sleep i've had in years on this. Medium hybrid is just the right level of firmness for me. The ease 2.0 base is remarkably stable and easy to set up and use. Tip: If getting the base, make sure you get the in home set up or have multiple people to help because it's extremely heavy.

We are definitely sleeping better on this mattress. What is disappointing, is that it is advertised to be a cooler mattress. It is cooler if you do not put the recommended mattress cover or any sheets on the mattress. Once you put these on the mattress, it is not any cooler than my other mattress.

I had bought inexpensive mattresses and they were too soft, or too firm, or had springs right in my ribs. I could not believe the difference the TempurPedic made. I was skeptical spending so much, but this could be the best purchase I've ever made.. seriously I sleep with no pain, and wake up refreshed and ready to go. I would encourage anyone to test out the style they like and make the investment.
