Have back, neck, hip and shoulder injury from car accident. Needed a mattress that was super soft and low pressure points since I am a side and back sleeper. The mattress takes time getting used to. Its extremely soft and comfy. Its like sleeping on a cloud. I have the adjustable base and its amazing with this mattress. Hip and low back pain are completely gone. I LOVE my nee new mattress. Best purchase EVER!!!!

Before purchasing the Luxe Adapt Soft I had the basic Adapt Medium Hybrid. The new mattress is much better for my neck and back. I have had it for a month now and it is taking some time to get used to it because I have always had a firm all my life, which does provide better back support. Due to my age (77), and my being a side sleeper, the sales personnel recommended the soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE! My old mattress was one that rolls up and comes in a box. That foam kind you have to let air into the bag until it becomes a mattress. I'm glad we switched. The foam layer paired with the springs are a match made in heaven. My partner stoped having back problems after sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks. I love it because it's both squishy and supportive. The ONLY downside is that it has a...smell to it. To be expected with a new mattress but it's a bit strong and plastic. 10/10 would recommend.

When I first laid on this mattress I was in love. I thought it was perfect. After about a week the mattress got super super soft. I wish it would've stayed like it was in the beginning because now it's too soft for me. Maybe I should've gotten the firm. It would be nice if you knew how the mattress was going to feel when you laid on it at the store. But this one definitely softens up 'a lot' over time. Now I'm stuck with an expensive mattress and I'm just gonna have to get used to it.

We previously had a TempurPedic mattress that we purchased and loved for 15 years. When it was time to replace we originally tried another brand which we hated, so we paid the fee to return and came back to TempurPedic. We were assured that the Luxe Adapt Soft would cancel motion, but I can feel every move my husband makes on our king size mattress, which is very disappointing! The mattress also is not as soft as what we tried in the showroom. Our kids actually said it feels like a brick. I'm hoping that it feels this way because it's new. We paid so much money for the Ergo base and mattress, I'm hoping it becomes more comfortable but I know the motion issue is not going to improve. Very disappointed.

Started with a temper pedi topper and 2 mattresses. This is our third. We are in our 70's Like the firm models.. and the luxe adapt firm is what we purchased. My husband had no problem adjusting, it took me about a week to get used to firmness. But after a week slept through the entire night and every night since. Would never sleep on anything else.

I've only owned a Tempur-Pedic for the last 20 years because no other mattress comes close. Started having backaches after 19 years on my original Tempur-Pedic mattress and within two weeks of getting this new one, they're completely gone. I will never own any other type of mattress, the investment is worth it.

The Store Manager (Judd) was very patient with me as I was shopping for the right mattress that may help alleviate my issues. After 3 visits I decided on the Luxe Adapt Firm. Yes, it took a few nights to adjust to the new mattress (I think it would for any style of mattress), but now I can say that I have not taken any pain relievers since I've been using my new Tempur-Pedic. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase; zero pain, much more energy, restful sleep. I'm a different person for sure! There was a small issue with the adjustable base and a new one was ordered for me. The delivery person did not set up the base correctly and had left the house, leaving me frustrated. I placed a call to the Store Manager (Judd), and he actually came to the house to assist with the technology, leaving it in perfect working order. Talk about going above and beyond! A big shout out to them for their pro-active customer service!
