In the store, the soft mattress felt by far the most comfortable for both my wife and I. (Which was in fact a huge surprise to both of us since I thought I needed a hard mattress,) Now we have it home, that 'Ahhh factor' that we hoped for isn't there - at least not yet. That is NOT to say this mattress is uncomfortable. It is at least as good if not better than anything we've had before - which includes various water beds and air/adjustable mattresses. As the salesman told us, do not really judge for at least a month, and we haven't had it that long. Still experimenting with the adjustable bed-frame, so probably haven't found the ideal combination of head and foot placement. One word of warning. We paid the extra for the 'connectable' bed frame. Unfortunately, our phones are old enough that Android 8 is too old to work with the app. Once I get connected and get reports on quality of sleep, maybe we can adjust and improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried 6 other mattress brands And none compare to Tempur Pedic! It takes awhile to soften up but once it does the combination of support and comfort is incredible! I am not waking up with back. Hip or shoulder pain.

We've had the mattress almost 6-7 weeks now and regret our purchase. We have not had a good night's rest since it arrived. We were prepared for a break-in period but that came with severe neck, shoulder and back pain. As the bed became softer around week 4 - the pain got increasingly worse. We wake up several times throughout the night because we are overheated and no sleeping position is comfortable. We've bought at least 7 pillows because the reps at the store indicated that was the issue. It is cool to the touch but retains heat under your body which is really uncomfortable. We are both in our late 30's and wake up with almost every bone cracking and aching - feeling and sounding like a 90-year old. I cannot believe this bed is so expensive and highly rated. I called to initiate the return which is a 3-step process: you call the number, someone eventually calls you back and then you have to wait 2 weeks for someone else to call to schedule the pick up the mattress. Words cannot describe how outraged and disappointed we are.

I had pain in my shoulders and hips and my husband in his lower back. After just 2 days on our Tempurpedic, we are pain free. I didn't believe the reviews but it is absolutely true. It has changed the way we start our day and what a blessing that is! Don't wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous mattress was a pillow-top and although very soft, it was too soft - I just sank in and felt stiff in the morning. TempurSealy sent me a free LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress through the BzzAgent sampling program and I could not have hoped for anything better. In fact, I had no idea a mattress like this existed! Soft, yet conforms to the body. I can definitely tell a difference in the mornings and I am excited to get in bed at night. To say this mattress is a dream is an understatement. White-glove delivery with text messages and tracking the whole day leading up to the appointment. TempurSealy is all-around a fantastic brand. I will never ever in my life even think of getting anything other than one of these mattresses.

The feel of the mattress is great for sleeping. Getting into the bed can feel like a bit of a safety issue because of the "no edge" feel to the mattress. As we are older, the squishy edge can put you a little off balance as you try to go from sitting to lying down and scooting over to sleeping position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic bed. I had a king size, which I loved, but when I moved to a senior housing, my bedroom was too small for the bed. So I was able to sell that bed and now have a wonderful Queen size Tempur-Pedic automated bed and I love it. Now I can sit up to watch TV before I go to sleep and the best thing is, I can raise my feet which has helped me so much because I had so much swelling in my ankles. The swelling has pretty much gone now just by raising my feet at night. Tempur-Pedic has changed my life for sure. The bed is a bit high for me because I'm only 5'1" tall, but I'm managing. It is a bit pricey, but I'm thankful I'm able to pay it off monthly, just like I did with my king size bed.

I was a little skeptical, but now, after 4 nights I am totally sold! This is the best mattress ever! Even sideways it feels great, is cooler than my old mattress and I am so happy with it. I have had major problems getting to sleep in the last few years... I am going right to sleep! Thank you!!

I don't think there is anything I want to say about that matters is enough, I love it I can't get enough of sleeping on this matters it's really good and comfortable and the left is great to take out all your back pain I will like to get one to each of my kids.
