Meat was brown and smelled odd…. I buy this cut all the time elsewhere and thought I would try Sam’s. Had to throw the meat away.

This is my most purchased item from Sam's. Best Steaks I have found anywhere and at a reasonable price.

Used Jacquard tenderizer plus some Italian dressing for marinade 2 hours prior to cooking. Sprinkled kosher salt plus ground pepper and added Evoo cooked to temp for rare.Very tender.No need for steak knife!

Over last two years the quality is gone..Half the meat has been tough.

The filets I received were full of gristle making them unappetizing and a waste of what should be one of the best cuts of meat.

I have bought these. There are a couple really good ones and a couple that are such a horrible cut! Would not recommend.

Grilled 3 minutes per side. So tender and flavorful! At least $5 less per pound than grocery store. Highly recommlend
