Very good and very tender.

Full of tough fat (gristle). Worse filet ever at a premium price

3 of the filets were good. The 4th smaller filet was heavily laced with gristle . These defects could easily be seen prior to cooking.

I’ve been buying prime but these are almost as good! I miss the butcher shop where I could buy just 2 steaks but this was very reasonable for 4!

The Filet Mignon were delicious! You could cut them with a fork. Will definitely be purchasing these again.
