Hello Better, We appreciate you taking a moment to review the Samsung HW-Q65C Soundbar. You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD. To control the volume of the treble or bass press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons on your soundbar remote. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.) Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6. With the included wireless rear speakers connected you can adjust the volume by using the provided Soundbar remote. Press CH LEVEL and select REAR LEVEL, then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, Mon – Fri 8 AM – 9 PM EST, Sat & Sun 8 AM – 6 PM EST. Note for 2025 Samsung Tv Owners

Yes, it will work, as you need to plug in it in via HDMI or optical, and if your TV is a 2025 Samsung model, you'll get the added benefit of Q-Symphony integration for enhanced audio.

Audio Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is fine but I wish you could get voice out of all speakers vs just the center. Make it an option to allow voice audio out of Left-Center-Right

Garbage! Don't waste your $$

Rear speakers don't connect and are not supported by the remote. Looks like Samsung threw them in the box without confirming they pair properly. Samsung Customer service is awful!!! Useless

Hello Mike,

We appreciate you taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-Q65C Soundbar.

To setup the wireless rear speaker kit included with the soundbar, first use the color-coded speaker wires to connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. Plug the wireless receiver module power cord into an electrical outlet and into the wireless receiver module to turn on the wireless receiver module.

Press and hold the ID SET button on the back of the wireless module for at least 5 seconds or until the blue light starts blinking. I didn't know one speaker could sound so amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up. Phenomenal sound quality. Being able to use it as a speaker for Spotify or Alexa is awesome. Totally immerses you while playing PS5. Every seat in the room sounds great for movies.
