I applied as directed one hour before we received 1/2 inch of rain. It killed all od the dollar weeds and xlover and the grass greened and thruved within a week

I used to use Scotts religiously. Then they had a recall about 4-5 years ago. That product destroyed my lawn, and they did nothing to help. So, I never used it again. I saw it this year at Sams. the price wasn't bad as these types of products have gone sky high since covid which doesn't make sense. I think it's a cash grab. However, I bought this to give them another chance. Big mistake. While some of my yard is green it didn't kill any weeds really and it greened only some areas despite laying a great consistent spread. I will never buy Scotts again. the cheap no name brands work way better than Scotts. They may have the name but, spending all that inflation money on marketing keeps them number 1. It's all marketing. the product is not that good.

We've been using Scotts Turf builder Bonus S for many years. By purchasing it at Sam's Club, we're able to buy the larger bags at a better price than other retailers for a smaller bag. These are still quite pricy. Unfortunately, when we bought this it was not on sale so it was really expensive. The good thing about this is that it really helps us to maintain healthy grass. When you walk on our grass, it's like you're walking on a thick carpet which is due to using this product on a regular basis.
