I bought this a month ago to help with dehydration. The electrolytes may have worked but I couldn't get past the taste. My 7 years old granddaughter had been outside in the heat so I had her try it and she didn't like the taste either. If I was desperate for electrolytes I'd add this to something else to make it easier to drink.

Tasted horrible!

I got this a month ago for precautionary measures. As a mom with 3 young children & they way they pass around germs, it is something that I normally have on hand just to make sure they're fully hydrated. It's a great product & perfect for that occasional dehydration. I personally dilute it was some purified water since it's on the sweet side, but other than that it's great!
