Excellent source of electrolytes whenever I have the flu or feel rundown. I love the taste of both varieties. In my opinion, Pedialyte tastes much better served cold. I like the convenience of the powder packages, great to take along on a hike. I feel like a new person after rehydrating with Pedialyte.

My husband uses this a lot for work to stay hydrated because of the summer Texas heat. I also, have used this product when I began to feel sick and it really helps instantly. I highly recommend.
