Taking this because some health care folks said it might help with leg cramps. But I does not seem to help much if at all. Further, it tastes terrible. Tastes as bad as the colonoscopy prep stuff they make you drink. I found if I mix it half and half with lemonade, put it into the freezer for 30 minutes and drink it just as the ice crystals are forming, it is tolerable.

Really hit the spot after cutting the yard in a typical hit humid Texas Day. Flavor was good refreshing served cold. Kids liked the power packs after working out for football season. It's a cheaper version of Gatorade but worth the savings
