Sturdy large and nice looking. Fairly easy to put together. Lid had a broken piece on top when I opened it. Called manufacturer and they are shipping me a new lid replacement.

After extensive research on deck boxes and reading over 100 reviews, we bought this on the Mother's Day Saturday promotion for $30 off. I tried to buy it online at midnight then again at 1 AM and the Sam's website still wasn't loading, so I went to bed. Got up early, bought it before 7 AM and the in-store stock at our local store was already snapped up. (They had several pallets of these when I was there 2 days prior.) So, took advantage of the free shipping. Package was delivered by FedEx the following Wed. There was no damage to the box, so I was optimistic we were good to go. We carefully opened the box on the porch and sure enough, the corner of the top cover was chipped off. The piece was not in the carton, so we assume it was shipped that way. I called Keter, per enclosed instructions. I was told to upload my receipt and photos of the damage. This was done last week. I still have not received any response. And, unfortunately, they still do not have any in stock at my local store. Being a seasonal item, they probably won't restock. At this point, we will likely return the package to Sam's and get a refund. There are quite a few horror stories posted online that it can take many months for replacement parts to arrive from Keter. We don't want to wait. Disappointed.

We have two of previous model and needed more. Purchased two this year. The new ones are poorly designed and we are very disappointed with them. The lids curl up at the ends and do not close all the way. They are placed out of direct sunlight. Otherwise, we like the size and other features. We store our patio furniture cushions in them.

We currently have 2 of these amazing storage boxes and another is on the way. It holds the thickest patio furniture cushions with ease. Tried my favorite cushions in them all winter and in the spring they were perfect - through a Michigan winter. May even order a 4th.

This product arrived with missing parts and a cracked corner. Didn't realize until half way through the assemble. It did not come with instructions either. I had to watch a youtube video with someone putting it together at wrap speed to try to make do. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed. I'm ordering another from Sam's to be delivered next week and hopefully between the two I have enough parts to put together a complete one. Will take back the 2nd box with remaining parts for a refund. Not Happy.

We bought 3 of these and have had them for 3 years now and they are the best we have owned. We have pool and patio cushions in them all winter long they have been dry and unharmed every year we take them out. We have 2 large ones and 1 medium one and we are buying another 230 gallon to hold pool chemicals.

This is terrible quality. I have had many Ketter boxes through the years and this is the worst! Very rickety and poor construction. Can’t sit anything, much, on top (don’t let kids sit on it). But mostly very bad due to not being the same from front to back. The back is very ugly. Could be okay as long as you have a solid wall to put back against.

I just bought this deck box two days ago and during assembly I found out that it came with 2 missing crucial corner pieces called "LM" ( the box came with 4xLC and it was supposed to come with 2xLC and 2xLM). So I now have an unfinished and partially exposed deck box. Also, I want to mention that the deck box is not the best quality and has flimsy walls that don't fit together all that great, so I don't have the highest of hopes for this box actually protecting my patio furniture the way I'd hoped.

I purchased this deck storage box to put our outdoor furniture cushions in while not in use. The box assembled easily following the instructions. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the lid doesn’t seal down tight against the box. It leaves some space in the lid for bugs and crawly things to get into the box even with the lid completely closed. It will stay dry, but the chance of critters getting into the box is there. We live in an area with a lot of pesky paper wasps that are always looking for a place to build their next nest.

Upon trying to put this thing together, did not come with instructions to put it together. And the lid had come already cracked. So definitely not waterproof and have to go by pictures to try and put together. Halfway through putting together is when I noticed the product had come already defective. I would have included pictures but this review won’t let me.
