Liked box enough to order another one. Unfortunately, sam’s sent the wrong color on reorder, and customer service never followed up on my “chat” report. Had to schlep heavy cumbersome box back to sam’s club 1/2 hour away.

This is a great storage unit. We hav be 16 patio cushions that all fit. Assembly took less than an hour for two people that don't do projects regularly.

Product is satisfactory. Website did not show that the product was available in store. I needed it, so I ordered one for pick up. $4 extra. Process to pick up at the store is not friendly to seniors or those not savvy with cell phones.

Great deck box for larger cushions/items. I had trouble finding a larger deck box at a good price. This one is worth the price and my chase lounge cushions fit with room to spare!

When we were almost finished putting the storage bin together we noticed a large dent on the front panel. This prevents the lid from closing securely. Since it was on clearance their was no option on returning it.

Very large storage container. Easy to put together. Follow the instructions and expect to spend a little over an hour to put it together. We are using to store cushions in it. It is keeping them dry.

We bought two of them. First one was quick easy to assemble. Second box was missing all the hardware and know 3 phone calls and over three hours of holding on the phone I still don’t have all the parts.

Replacing one we had whose lid broke. These boxes are okay. Lids warp and do not keep water out great. Make sure you put lock on lid or it will blow open and completely crack/break.

Bought 2 of these a few weeks ago for our pool area. Was fairly easy to put together (if you actually FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS). First one took just shy of 30 minutes. Second one took only about 20 minutes as I learned from my mistakes. :) One to keep cushions in, the other for pool toys. Have been through several storms and everything is nice and dry. Have had a few 90+ degree days and the lid has a tendency to "wobble" when really hot, but other than that I can find no fault in this product.

This deck box is well engineered, easy to assemble, and results in massive/sturdy storage. Only issue was a missing lid end cap (LM) -- only 3 of the 4 were in the sealed bag. Other than that, Keter should be commended for a job well done. Although the color is brown, it seems closer to black when out in the sun.
