It's great because it fits so much. I am concerned over time of the sturdiness of it. Some of the attachments are plastic and the screws that everything is held together with are not very long...so speaking from experience, I know it won't hold up if it is moved much. But, for the price of comparable products, I am pleased with it and it put together very easily. Hopefully it won't be moving, so it should work for our purpose.

I have 6 very large seat cushions (25x25") and the back cushions are 24x20. I needed a big box for my deck. This was super easy to assemble, but I have two complaints. First, the lock parts do not sit side-by-side with each other when installed, making it difficult to put a lock through it. There is only one way to install so it's not me. Second, the lid does not sit tightly on the box. After taking out my cushions, there was a dead moth and a dead bee in it. Also, although rain doesn't seem to get in, even with a tornado nearby, the buds from my pear tree did on a windy day. If it is to allow for air, it's poorly designed if insects get in. BTW, the smaller deck box has air 'holes' but I put screen material over them. Not an option here.

The first Deck Box was damaged in shipping and missing parts. Didn't arrive in original packaging. Was repackaged by shipper. You immediately sent a second Deck Box. This one arrived also damaged and missing parts but in the original box. Combined parts and assembled one Deck Box. This is a good Deck Box. I would recommend buying this Deck Box. Sent two incomplete sets of damaged parts in one package back to Sam's.

I bought this item in white three times and every time I opened the box, the deck box was damaged. Sam’s replaced or refunded my money with zero issues so they did their job in an excellent fashion. Now there are no white deck boxes available across multiple stores or on-line. Frustrating…

This was simple to put together and after a number of heavy rains is watertight. It stores all of our cushions, pool floats, and toys. It is an excellent unit. It is made of plastic and has a simple locking mechanism for a padlock that would seem ineffective if someone really wanted to enter it. Otherwise it is a nice unit, and we are pleased with it.

Perfect - exactly as described in capacity and was replacing a 20 year old outdoor box that we were using for firewood (also Sam purchase). Seems to be holding up well to heavy wood being tossed in and not bowing under the weight so far. Has been waterproof for our firewood after a couple storms.

Broken part that just happened to be the last (top) was snapped into place Box straps were falling off/ when received. Definitely not worth the $208 I was charged by Sam’s club : Their answer was to bring this installed deck box back My question, how do you expect me to get it back ??? The box is 0ver 200 gal box

I've had storage boxes before but they were not quite as large and the resin got discolored and started to disintegrate. It's well made, the material is very sturdy, with easy instructions, and I love that the handles are enclosed so no rain or bugs can get into the storage box. Another great feature that is the hydraulic hinges so the lid stays open and one can use both hands to get your items in and out without the lid hitting you! There is sooo much space in this storage box and the I like the it is higher than my other storage box, it makes it helpful to fit many different items. It's a fantastic product and I would highly recommend it!

This item is one of those purchases that tells you not to reurn the item to the store if any part is broken or missing. They ask you to call the 800 number for Keter, and they will send a replacement piece. The box we ordered was missing all the hardware to include screws, nuts, and hinges. It has been over two months of numerous phone calls and emails and the missing items have not been replaced. Keter has stopped returning our calls and emails. We ARE returning the item to our local club and getting our money back. I strongly recommend that you not buy any item manufactured by Keter. I also question why Sam's Club cntinues to do business with a company that has such a poor record of customer service.

Terrible. All assembly materials were missing, have contact support from Sam’s club and I was supposed to be called back in couple of days. It’s been 2 weeks now... I also contact Keter directly and same thing, have send them all details including receipt and nothing happened. Now I got this box I can’t assemble sitting in my garage. Thanks Sam’s club and Keter
