When it's a cheap price, heres why!

Cheap price = cheap materials! Also “Serta”, haha, they only use refurbished materials. Just like their bedding product, are not made to last, hoping you'll replace with another one of their cheap products. Shame on Sam's Club for selling pre-defective products, but it's all about stealing money from their customers…..

Comfortable and great price!

Comfortable memory foam, dimensions are just right, easy to clean, looks great, easy to assemble, headrest height is just right, backrest isn't too deep to curve your back where you need a back cushion, can't move up the armrest but that's ok for us, most of all - the price $99 is great. I'm going to trash my gaming chair for this Serta office chair! My bf loves it, it doesn't hurt his back! I found it for him just when he needed a new chair. You're welcome babe!

EZ Peazy assembly

I bought two chairs. I'm 61 years old and disabled. Had them both together in 18 minutes. This includes opening the boxes. Friends, the instructions are clear and brief. The components line up perfectly if you follow the instructions. Only an Allen wrench is needed and they supply it. I have never had an assembly where I didn't cuss and swear...until I bought these. I expect good long term results based on close examination of the materials. I will clean and care for the chairs properly and re-tighten screws, if needed, every 10-12 months. I highly recommend these Serta chairs:) Thank you, Sams Club for stocking these at $99 usd and delivering them to me for $30 usd the next morning at 10am. Great merchant!!!

Short seat

I have the older version of this chair and it was comfortable but falling apart after several years, so i was going to replace it with the newer version, however, the seat depth is a few inches shorter than the previous version and it made the seat too uncomfortable to keep. I like having more of my legs supported by a chair and thats not the case with this one. There was plenty of padding so that part was fine, but i couldnt stand how short the seat section was so i returned it. If you're making it through this life with less vertical reach than others, this could be the chair for you and if so, i hope you and this chair will stay together as long as possible and have lots of cherished memories together. As for me and my average height, it didnt work out and we went our separate ways. Amd if you're average height or more, I'd suggest you swipe to the next chair to save yourself some grief.

Watch your handle placement

I'm very happy with the purchase of my chair! Just be mindful when putting it together that you place the handles on correctly. You'll know you did it wrong like I did the first time if the back feels too far forward like you're gonna fall out of the seat. It's a very easy mistake to correct though
