Comfy....but!

This chair is comfy BUT the seat came unraveled after only a few months of use and I had to get a new chair.

This is the 2nd Serta chair I've owned. They are well made, offer great support, and are built to last.

piece of junk

Its the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever purchased. I wouldn't recommend it to any one. The seat and armrests started to crack in many places after just 4 months. Its a piece of junk.
