Just bought this chair. So far, easy to put together, works nice, comfortable. It also goes low to the floor which is nice if you are a little shorter. But just bought it, so don’t really know how it will be in weeks, months, or years.

This is my 3rd Serta Brand office chair. I keep buying them because they are durable, quality made and look nice in my home office.

I like the seat construction but I have short legs and the lowest setting is still a bit high for me.

Bought to go behind desk for ham radio-looking forward to many hours of comfort with this chair as I communicate worldwide.

This is a very comfortable chair. My only complaint with this item would be that it does not lock in multiple tilt positions

Just assembled and starting using but so far it's very comfortable. Was easy to assemble, price was great.

Assembly didn't take too long and the chair is really comfortable. Height adjustment is smooth and easy. Glad I purchased this chair.

Love this chair. My first one I had years ago, I gave it to my Dad. He still has it in his home. Now, I have a brand new Serta professional chair.

The quality is far inferior from my last one I purchased. If my old one fit under the desk I would have kept it.
