The chair is very comfortable. So glad we purchased it for our computer room. About to get another one for my upstairs office area.

Already squeaking after first week. Comfortable but already feels like I have to very gentle with it.

Not as comfortable as the previous Serta chair I had. Sits higher and not as much seat padding. Maybe it's a matter of getting used to it.

Good quality chair, has decent functionality and the style is good. Straightforward assembly. Will have to use a bit longer to make a decision on the comfort and durability, but at the moment it seems pretty good.

This was very easy to put together with the included tools. It’s only been a few days, but it’s much more comfortable than the chair this one replaced.

I had to take the arms off and the bottom plate off because I had them backward the first time. One of the screws stripped out but I was able to secure it for now.

Looks strong and smooth. But not comfortable for short people because it has longer leg length so when short people sit, their carbs and feeds are hanging.

Chair is comfortable, but since it is "bonded leather" we will see how long it lasts before the "leather" peels away from the fabric and makes a mess.

This chair is a great option for someone with a lower office chair budget. I'm a little over the weight max, and I still sit comfortably in the chair.
