My favorite salad of the year is Caprese”-Creole tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella, basil (from the garden) and really good Balsamic vinegar from Italy. This cheese is fresh, large and sliced-perfect for the perfect salad!

When my basil plants had grown enough and fresh grown tomatoes were available, thoughts of Mozzarella, basil, tomato and balsamic drizzle salad became the primary menu focus. This is pre-sliced and perfect to satisfy a craving.

This mozzarella is delicious. I appreciate that each portion is sectioned for lasting a good amount of time. No molding and no throwing away if the bad cheese!

This make excellent caprese. I just layer tomatoes, basil and slices of this. It's convenient that these come presliced! They make a beautiful presentation. I like to buy these double packs at Sam's because they are about half the price of most grocery stores and they are always fresh.

I make my own Neapolitan pizza from scratch. I have been using the BelGioioso mozzarella cheese for some time now. Its melts perfectly. The price is great as well. Typically at most grocery stores you would only get one log for the price of two at Sams.

This is a great value at SAMS. The double pack sliced mozzarella was not squished as you will find in a local grocery store. A huge plus is that each pack is the same size as what is found in your local grocery store and you get two for the price of that single pack found in the local grocery store. SAMS double pack price beats the singles found in the local grocery store by about $2. So if you need mozzerella for two different dishes as I did I recommend purchasing from SAMS.

We buy a lot of mozzarella cheese to use on pizzas. My husband loves to eat it on its own with fresh cut up tomatoes as well. Much more affordable to buy in bulk at Sam’s than a smaller package from the grocery store. Awesome tasting mozzarella at an affordable price.

I needed some mozzarella for a lasagna and didn't want the huge bag so bought this. I cannot even begin to tell how much better this made the lasagna. I will never use that shredded "stuff" again for anything that I want to taste good. I have bought this before for Caprese salad, but it is great for your pizza and lasagna. I am planning on buying some more this weekend!

areWe eat lots of fresh mozzarella, especially during summer when tomatoes & fresh basil is plentiful from our garden - caprese salad! We make it an entire meal! Pizzas at home are always better loaded with fresh mozzarella! And this is THE DEAL of DEALS! A single log of this costs more than this double pack in most grocery stores.

The small amount of liquid in the package is a plus & a must when buying fresh mozzarella; great taste, hint of salt, melts well, firm but soft creamy texture. Freezes well (but no need to freeze cuz you'll eat it all up) Great alone, with salami & tomato, the traditional way with basil, tomato, & olive oil drizzle... endless options.
