Bought this to make my personal pizza and love It

This Fresh Mozzarella cheese was expired. And they called it Fresh. Received a credit. That wasnt the point.

Order a smaller amount, from a difference store.

This mozzarella is delightful!  Perfect for melting with hot sandwiches and other dishes.  Has that hand-pulled airy texture that only fine mozzarella provides - not block formed or pressed where it's hard or too dense.

The flavor is delicious!  It's one of the best mozzarella cheeses I've had the joy of trying.  Just FYI: The package will seem watery inside.  This is normal - that's how quality hand-made mozzarella is supposed to be.  The package is conveniently segmented in two separate portions, so you can open one and still have half sealed to use later - rather than starting a timer on the entire thing.

Closest thing to handmade, fresh mozzarella!
