Always fresh, not too salty like other mozzarella cheeses. Great for grilled pizza and french bread pizza. Please bring it back to the Elgin, IL store.It is the only fresh mozzarella I purchase.

It's fresh, pre-sliced, and vacuum sealed. Freezes very well. Great flavor and low in fat.. You can chop into small sticks for the kids, great for pizza, and makes a wonderful Caprese Salad. Never bother with the bagged stuff again.
