For a delicious snack, I spread Basil paste and Cranberry pear balsamic vinegar on slices of fresh mozzarella.

This stuff is great when adding to pizza, or a salad. Having it pre sliced makes it really easy to use.

This is not the best mozzarella cheese, it gets hard right after it has melted. I won’t but it again

Great price but it goes bad quickly if you don’t have plans to use the mozzarella log inside a week.
