This 4 me is the best cheese! I was using string cheese but because I've got a swallowing stricture, i need very moist food stuffs. This cheese is very mild and very moist.

We didn't like it. It was floating in water and molded way too fast. The flavor was much milder than any other and slices were too thick. I will stick with low moisture from now on...

I love this product. I make a lot of caprese salad in the summer when I have a lot of tomatoes. Great price and love that the cheese is already sliced perfectly

Love the fresh mozzarella. Great as a quick snack with a couple of crackers. I topped a casserole with it and had a great ooie , gooey topping when done.

Smooth tasting mozzarella, great for cooking with or just to snack on. Mix some tomatoes,olive oil,BelGioioso and italian seasonings and you have a fabulous Caprese salad.Add a protein and have a fabulous meal!

My family loves this cheese, it is so convenient because it is already sliced. The package is also easy to open, which I appreciate. We have been buying this for years and it is always fresh and tastes great!

These are pre-sliced so making caprese salad is so easy. We just alternate tomato slices and slices of this fresh mozzarella on a platter and top with balsamic glaze, some olive oil, and fresh basil and pepper. So fresh and easy.

Nothing like fresh Mozzarella and Tomato slices with a bit of balsamic dressing for a nice summertime treat. I think they call it a Caprese salad - we just call it refreshing and a good addition to a meal.

Yum. Yum. Yum. Good texture, good flavor. I have prefered the water immersed mozzarella in the past, but this is truly good. Maybe I now prefer this type.
