Love the fresh mozzarella. Great as a quick snack with a couple of crackers. I topped a casserole with it and had a great ooie , gooey topping when done.

Fresh and great tasting. Love that it is pre-sliced and cut to a medium thickness. Just right for any dish you’re preparing from chicken Parmesan to caprese salad. I even use it to top off my dinner salad.

Just love to eat this on a bruschetta and a slice of tomato and drizzled with a combination olive oil, sea salt, and oregano! It has become one of my favorite snacks!

Dissppointed. Expired when I received it may account for watery off flavor. However, cheese is hardy, so I cooked in a skillet and texture and flavor was okay! Was expecting a better cheese!

Fresh Mozzarella has to be in water... but really - so much water? Seems more done for their packaging convenience than customer's use and convenience. Should be less.

The reason for a 3 star is once opened this cheese always starts getting mold before the expiration date. The taste is a 5 star, so if you can consume before date on package go for it. It’s delicious!

We didn't like it. It was floating in water and molded way too fast. The flavor was much milder than any other and slices were too thick. I will stick with low moisture from now on...

Yum. Yum. Yum. Good texture, good flavor. I have prefered the water immersed mozzarella in the past, but this is truly good. Maybe I now prefer this type.
