We have received many compliments on our new two Pergolas. They're beautiful in our Community pool area. We also used backyard Discovery third party to install. They were on time, professional, and finished the two installs in about 8 hours!

Delivery was our main issue. It took a month, and then no one called to tell us they were on their way. Also, if the bolts were even a 1/4 inch longer, it would be a BIG help. Took three guys about four hours. Looks good....

We bought the 12ft X 10ft Pergola kit went together perfectly. No cutting or drilling was needed. The most helpful instruction is not to tighten anything until the final step.

Looks very nice. Overall satisfied, however, I had to cut two pieces to make them fit the holes. Also, the concrete anchors need to be re-considered. Difficult to install; perhaps another kind of anchor.

Couldn't be happier. Solid, true lumber with remarkably accurate pre-drilled pilot holes made assembly straightforward. We stained/sealed wood prior to assembly per warranty. No warping, dimensions spot on. Looks fantastic.

This pergola is beautiful and well-made and backyard discovery has great customer service. Just a warning when this Pergola is put together it is extremely heavy and you will need four people to lift it and move it to put in the bottom plates!

I was skeptical initially after reading some reviews stating holes weren't matching up. Mine went together with ease. My son and I had it up in six hours. We used sealer on it the following day. Great purchase.

Great engineered product. Each box was packaged very well and there was no damage at all. Take your time, put it together leaving everything fairly loose and once completed tighten and square everything up. Two people completed this in 4-1/2 hours.

Looks good. Went together fairly easy. I do think that the boards that need to face up should have "up" stamped on them just for better awareness. It can be overlooked easily and cause extra work to disassemble and correct.
