We have received many compliments on our new two Pergolas. They're beautiful in our Community pool area. We also used backyard Discovery third party to install. They were on time, professional, and finished the two installs in about 8 hours!

Gorgeous pergola and fantastic customer service! Only issue I had was with the company who installed it was extremely unprofessional (Backyard Discovery made it right).

Delivery was our main issue. It took a month, and then no one called to tell us they were on their way. Also, if the bolts were even a 1/4 inch longer, it would be a BIG help. Took three guys about four hours. Looks good....

Since the purchase of the 10x10 pergola, it was pretty simple to put up and I'm enjoying it so far. Awaiting to see how it holds up during moderate to heavy winds. So far a great buy for the money!

We bought the 12ft X 10ft Pergola kit went together perfectly. No cutting or drilling was needed. The most helpful instruction is not to tighten anything until the final step.

Straight-forward to assemble, all parts accounted for (plus extras), and well machined for great fit. Took about 5 hours total, one-person except getting help standing-up/securing 3 sides to where it could stand alone.

We had the builders who built our new deck also put together the pergola. Two pros put it together in a single day. It's a beautiful piece of work in a beautiful setting. We hope to enjoy it for years to come.

The pergola arrived intact with everything needed and in good shape. I was amazed at how quickly we could put it together. The pre-drilled holes were all in alignment. Looks great on our patio.

Came 95% great. 2 boards had slight cracks. Easy to follow instructions both in the box and available via an app. Wood is colored but has no sealant of any kind, pick your poison if you choose to seal the wood prior or after assembly.
