T bones thick and tender. Too expensive, of course, but wonderful for an occasional splurge.

Im used to tender meat by the bone , one side was ok , the larger side a little tough. This is probably not high end restaurant steak but I would get again.

I haven't had a T-bone steak in long time and decided I can start my carnivore diet right. Got thus packet of 2 steaks, cooked-up one which weighed 17 ounces in butter with pepper and pink Himalayan salt...medium rare. Half was tough, other half VERY tender. After consuming every bit of meat I can, I weighed out the remaining bone to get an accurate entry for my carb manager app. WOW, the bone weighed a whopping 6.25 ounces!? So, my 17 ounce meal turned in to 10.25 ounces in a flash! THAT is one expensive bone!!! I will never buy this again!!! No wonder why I haven't had this in over a decade!!! Too rich for my taste.
