- 1 out of 5 stars review4/16/2026Not happy with these tires way too much weight they use 5 1/2 half ounces or more. Took it back they just moved them from the inside. The inside rim truck has a vibration now it didn’t help by moving the weights to a different place from the inside rim to the outside would not recommend this tire vibration of seats are shaking was not like this before about the tires had original tires bought the truck new Has never been wrecked. Wheels are not bent just poor quality tire they’re telling me this is normal.

They are so good in rain, and moderate snow that I sometimes don't even use four wheel drive until hitting the deep unloved areas . They are quieter and grip quite well even in heavy rain storms ! My third set, so plenty of confidence in handling and treadlife .
Quiet and durable !
Joe Mac 41Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 3 out of 5 stars review2/3/2026We recently replaced the OEM tires that came on our 2020 F150 with Michelin’s defender ltx m/s 2’s. I was looking for a tire that did everything well with emphasis on performance in snow and on slick roads while being comfortable and QUIET. Literally everyone I spoke to and everything I read about these tires talked about how quiet and comfortable they were. Our truck currently has between 50 and 60 thousand miles on it and we have less than 2,000 miles on the Defender’s, I can say without hesitation these tires are not as quiet as what we took off. If I had it to do over I would put the OEM tires back on.
Disappointed

Good mileage and the most impressive thing is they don't develop road noise from uneven wear like many others do. The ride is nice and the grip is good for year round driving and stopping. I do rotate regularly and check tire pressure often and that will make a difference.
Great tires
JJ - 5 out of 5 stars review6/27/2026I have a 2024 Rivian R1T, and these tires came stock with the truck. These tires are genuinely phenomenal. I really, really like driving in them. I have 22-in rims on my car, and I mean they ride so well even though the wheel is just huge
These are so fire
kachow69Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review6/10/2026I have 105,000 mi on these tires and am going in for a new set. These tires are amazing on my F150 that I haul trailers and boats with. I will buy them every time!
Great tires!
2021 Blue F150Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review6/12/2026I replaced my Yohamama tires with the Michelin LTX M2 and the ride is so much smoother, the traction in the wet is unbelievable and the tires are very quiet. I’m very pleased with this tire
Great tire

- 5 out of 5 stars review3/24/2026I had the same Michelin tire on for 40K miles. I was ready for a new set although the old ones only showed slight wear. Michelin is the only brand I will used.
Top of the heap
JKMOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review2/27/2026Love these tires second set I’ve had on this vehicle. I’ve always bought Michelin tires for all my vehicles. They are reliable and they stand behind their product.
Reliable tires
DjOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review3/11/2026Wet traction and water displacement is very good. Quiet and very stable at all speeds. Snow traction was a very big surprise. Had some very snowy weather this year and had no issues.
Very happy with my purchase
21 RangerOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review5/1/2026Michelin Defenders LTX are a great long lasting tire .I got 73,000 miles on my last set and tires were not worn out yet.I bought a new set of Defenders LTX2 just recently and are rated for 80,000 miles. They are great tires.

Little JohnOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 4 out of 5 stars review5/12/2026don't know why 3 different DOT#'s are used. tires don't have the little fingers sticking out I've seen on previous Michelin purchases. Tires very dirty.
Are these new? paper stickers are missing
JB13Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 2 out of 5 stars review10/26/2025Back in May of 2019 I purchased a full set of 4 - 235/55R19 Michelin Defender LTX tires for our Ford Flex. I'd always been comfortable with Michelin tires for the quality of their construction and safe handling while driving. I also bought them for their mileage warranty! These came with a 65,000 miles guarentee! As of today Saturday 10/25/2025 my vehicle mileage is 89,497, and when I purchased these tires my mileage was approximately 05/09/2019 was 63,067 leaving a total mileage on the tires is only 26,430. My tires are in need of replacement "NOW", as they're only an 1/8th of an inch or less from reaching the wear indicaters in the tires, and the requiring new tires.
Lots of Lost mileage!

We’re sorry to hear that the tread life hasn’t met expectat... - 5 out of 5 stars review10/28/2025I drove 102,000 miles on my previous set, rotated every 10k, pushed them a bit further than I should have, down to 2/32 at best. I will never buy anything other than these tires, just replaced the OEM Bridgestones on my 2021 Grand Cherokee L, 63,000 on those. I’m hoping for 90k to 100k from the Defender M/S2 that I just put on. Anyone saying these tires are loud has vehicle issues. New Michelins compared to the roar from OEM Bridgestone is like the difference between a football stadium when they score, to a night in the Arizona desert.
Incredible all around performance
Jeep Grand CherokeeOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/13/2025I have a Ford F150 King Ranch, and I bought this truck with 40K miles and the original tires. I now have 111,000 miles on it and still have tread left. Winter is around the corner, and I figured its time, so I have just bought a new set of the exact same tires and am expecting them to last another 100K+ miles. These tires are the best ever!! <3 my tires:)
Excellent Product
Carol ROriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 4 out of 5 stars review9/20/2025The tires look great, seem to handle fine and tread depth looks deeper than some. (Maybe it just looks that way) Now, a couple of issues: I had them mounted on my original rims which were running the previous tires just fine. When I first start driving there is considerable vibration at 100kph for about the first 10 kilometers. Then it goes away and they are fine. I had the tire shop rebalance them and I have the same issue. They don't know why this happens so I guess I'll live with it. The second thing I should mention is that they are quite noisy on the road. (Noisier than my winter tires) I'm guessing that probably my set is just unusual as I didn't read anything about the vibration issue when I was researching the tires.
Good tires but I have an issue
TacomOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/27/2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Tire – Smooth, Quiet, and Built to Last I couldn’t be happier with the Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 tires. From the moment they were installed, the ride quality was noticeably smoother and quieter than anything I’ve run before. Highway driving is exceptionally stable and comfortable, even on long trips, and road noise is minimal. Wet traction is excellent and they inspire confidence in changing conditions. Steering feels solid and predictable, and the overall ride has a very “OEM-plus” feel — refined, controlled, and comfortable. These tires truly shine for highway miles and daily driving. What really sets them apart is the balance: comfort, durability, and performance all in one. You can tell these are built with qu...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Tire – Smooth, Quiet, and Built to Last
EdgeOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/26/2025My 2004 F150 is on its 2nd set. The first set went over 100,000 and my 2nd set has 75,000 and still has good life left. The Michelins are the only replacement tires that balanced out smooth and road very quiet. The long wear is a great bonus! Purchased 2015.
Best You Can Put on Your Pickup
Roll Tide 2025Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review12/12/2025Michelin is the only tires I buy for our personal vehicles. Overall traction is great, and I feel safe during rainy day driving. Treadwear performance is excellent, and I have always accumulated at least 40,000 miles on every set of Michelin tires I have owned. I especially appreciate the comfort and handling they provide while driving my 4-wheel drive RAM pickup.
Michelin Tires Are The Best (Period).
