[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer was cold within minutes of plugging up. The fridge is cold as well and I like how it has an alarm beep when the doors are left open to long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has a wonderful frost free feature. The ice and water dispenser has clear fresh water. It keeps temperature on the food in good condition. It runs very quiet that it is barely heard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the water/ice in the door and the accebilty of things for my family member in a wheelchair.

Have had this for only ten months and the freon line developed a hole. A month later, and I am still waiting for it to be repaired. 1-800-SAMSUNG is just a call center and they won't make the companies they use for repair accountable.
