[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aesthetics / sleek design is refreshing. its capacity / internal design allows for better storage space. The Freezer portion of the refrigerator could have beed equipped with few more storage drawers and the freezer door could have been furnished with an additional bin for the slot provided. The refrigerator portion is spacious, well spaced out but could use additional shelving slots to move the shelving to another level to accommodate larger/ smaller items. So far I have not had any issues with either the freezer or refrigerator compartments maintaining their respective temperatures. Overall the ergonomics has proven to be efficient. I have not had sufficient time to evaluate this new items efficiency, but it presently appears to be functioning per the manufacturers specifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this refrigerator. It is great capacity and design and it looks very modern with a sleek front. The ice maker works really well as does the water dispenser. I am very very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who still loves side by sides!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has worked great only down fall is cleaning it the amazing logo fell off the front door and so looks odd and we were suppose to have finger print resistant and it still looks dirty all the time but function and space works great love the ice maker and having the ability to pull it out for large quantities of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time in life i've ever purchased a new appliance like this big of any kind. I really like it through efficient. And since I have a lot of back issues and neck issues, ergonomically, it works out perfectly. For me, definitely recommend it to anyone

Title: Perfect Family Fridge – Easy Upgrade with Great Features I recently replaced our old refrigerator with the Samsung RS27T5200SR side-by-side model, and it has been an excellent upgrade for our busy household in Trinity, Florida. From the moment it arrived, the build quality stood out—sturdy, modern stainless steel finish that looks sharp in our kitchen. Setup was straightforward. I connected it to our existing water line under the sink (the shut-off valve was already there from the previous fridge), and everything hooked up without any issues. The included water filter was in the box, and after flushing a few gallons, the ice maker and water dispenser work perfectly—nice, clean, and cold every time. What we love: • Spacious interior – Plenty of room for our family's groceries, with adjustable shelves and a large freezer compartment that handles bulk items easily. • Quiet operation – This thing runs so smoothly you barely notice it, which is a big plus in our home. • Ice and water on demand – The external dispenser is convenient and reliable. • Energy efficiency – Helps keep our electric bill in check. It's a solid, reliable refrigerator that feels like a premium appliance without the crazy price tag. Installation was simple enough for a DIY guy like me, and I'm confident it will serve us well for years. Samsung hit it out of the park with this one. Highly recommend! — Craig M., Trinity, FL (Posted June 2026)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving this refrigerator so far! It has way more space inside than I originally expected. I strongly prefer this side-by-side layout over the models with the freezer on the bottom; it makes organizing and finding everything so much easier. Another huge plus is the finish—it doesn't show fingerprints at all, unlike other stainless steel fridges I've seen. Excellent purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very spacious and cools great. It has everything we wanted in a refrigerator. The only problem is the ice maker. It makes plenty of ice and works great, but the despenser part is terrible. We noticed the flap that opens to dispense ice doesn't function properly. It seems to be very common for these refrigerators. This is why I gave it a 3. Had it not been for the dispenser flap not functioning properly I'd give it a 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been very happy with the Samsung refrigerator. It offers plenty of space for groceries and keeps everything well organized with its adjustable shelves and convenient side-by-side layout. The fridge cools consistently, runs quietly, and has a sleek modern design that looks great in the kitchen. The fingerprint-resistant finish is also a nice bonus. Overall, it's a reliable and spacious refrigerator that offers great value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised on how spacious the freezer portion was it was a side by side. Also it's very slim And like that you could . Another great and probably unattended future was the texture on the front of the refrigerator we found out that we could write on it with a sharpie marker and it came off perfectly so we're grateful leaving little notes and writing things needed for shopping list.
