Ice maker stopped working after 9 months use. The online service request is so hard to use. Tried to schedule a future appointment but the system says there is no pro available at this moment!!!

Hate this fridge. Has broke on us 4 times in less than 3 years. In addition Samsung has horrible service and help support. Never buying a Samsung again.

the water isn't centered so it misses workout water bottles cause you can't center the spout. it also throws small pieces of ice when not in crushed ice mode.

Haven’t really had any issues with this fridge. We bought it a year ago. I wish the fresh drawers were thought out better and the shelf’s were more customizable but that’s really the extent of our conplaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge. It replace one from 1983. I'm impressed with the roominess, love the led lighting, and have had no problems with it at all. Ice maker makes plenty for a family of four.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice quiet design. Lots of space. Lighting is good. Ice maker could stand to be faster. Had a problem with the cooling after 5 months. Support was great and came out to fix it right away.
