This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. Initially I though, GREAT my order is coming 1 day earlier than expected! According to Sam's Club (patio set purchased) delivery was to be serviced by AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc's. AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc sent me an email stating it would be delivering a non assembled patio set between 5:45pm and 9:45pm. Strange time but I purposely left work early to be there for the delivery. I needed the boxes to be placed inside my garage. I arrived home 4:45pm 1 hour BEFORE the start of the delivery window time (5:45pm to 9:45pm). When I arrived I found 3 large heavy non assembled patio furniture boxes in front of my garage door. I "contacted" AIT Worldwide Logistic, Inc which means I had to "chat" online with AI/virtual assistant 1st and supposedly was transferred to a real person...who knows for sure. I was looking for some answers to WHY they came so early and how did they expect me to get these boxes into my garage myself! They're reply was from Aziz (Virtual Asst/Real?)- "Our team sets up a time to put the item into the first door or garage. They did call you but never received an answer which is why they delivered it as a drop and go in front of your residence." I was working and certainly was NOT expecting a call since I was going to be arriving 1 hour BEFORE the delivery time THEY setup. A more fitting company name should be AIT Worldwide Door Drop Delivery, Inc This way you know not to expect too much!
