In writing this review I did not .give the product 5 stars as we have not really begun to use the seating set. What I can tell you is we love the design and it appears to be of high quality. We are still living in Louisiana but we had it delivered to our new home in Arizona. The set arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The set is well packed (double boxed) and was assembled by a family member in just a couple of hours or so. He said he was impressed and so were we to see it set up at our new house. So other than our in-store try out we are looking forward to giving it some real use soon.

The sitting set was touted as a Members Mark Premium quality set. It really is and my wife is very snobby furniture Critic. She was very very complementary to me the purchaser. It was not complicated assembling by the directions. The only questionable part of the equation was the hardiness of the shipping boxes. Had a few dings unfortunately for me.

Absolutely beautiful set. Colors as pictured are true/ same in person. Seat depth and height are just right. Cushions are very thick and comfortable. Armrests are placed at a good height and the armrest width is good. Came in three boxes total-- two large that were very heavy but the third was manageable. Assembly with two people was easy, one person could assemble as well, just not as easily. (You only need to have a Phillips screwdriver.) Once assembled the set is not too heavy to move around. The smallest box arrived damaged and, as a result, the top of the coffee table inside was damaged. (Hoping that getting that addressed with the company will not be a hassle.) Couldn’t post pictures due to website error.

Good build quality, comfortable cushions, easy to assemble. Worth the money!

Bought few weeks ago; looks and feels extremely durable teak. Cushions are thick and sturdy. Looks and feels like the ones in TV. I highly recommend.

Beautiful set. Was expertly packed in terms of frame and pillows so in great condition. Also fairly easy to assemble. Very happy so far. Most affordable true teak furniture w sunbrella pillows that we could find!

Beautiful outdoor set. Love that they come with covers that have ties for securing during windy weather. We actually loved the set so much, we purchased 2 sets!

beautiful set. But need better craftsmanship. Several cushions are way too soft that they don’t support a child. Others are firm. A chair leg cracked after a couple of weeks.

I ordered this set online. I was a little hesitant because I wasn’t able to sit on it to see how comfortable it is. It was delivered as promised but the bottom large box was damaged and we had to return the set and order a replacement. The replacement came just in time for Thanksgiving, which was my whole reason for ordering at this time. We are pleased with the comfort and quality of this set! Assembly was a breeze but the pieces are heavy so best to have two people if you can. I would recommend this set.

The only thing I can say is, WOW. Comfortable and stylish. My wife keeps thanking for this purchase. What else is there to say.
