It is very nice to have the ability to elevate my head to watch TV with out the assistance of pillows. It should have Included additional 4” leg add on’s for a higher bed or at least an option to add to order if a little more bed height is preferred.

I have been using this bed base for about a month now and am very satisfied with how well it operates. The box it comes in is super heavy and very big, but that allows the setup to be super easy! For the price point, it is exactly what I expect and am very satisfied with the purchase. Small things that stop me from giving it a 5th star- first, the legs are height adjustable but not the exact height I wanted it (still, very much a personal preference and not related to the quality of the item). Second, there is some light coming from the underneath of the bed. For someone who prefers complete darkness, the glare on the adjacent wall is a bit annoying. Until I find out where it's coming from and cover it in electrical tape, I'll keep it at a 4-star.

I haven't had the adjustable frame for only two weeks. So far it works great. I am able to use It with my sleep number , p6 queen bed. I would have given it five stars but it is extremely heavy. It took four of us to get it up stairs. I am a single 46 year old woman. You have to have some one to help or it is a no go! I wish they offered a white glove service.

The features of the bed are pretty good but the instructions did not make pairing the remote to the bed easy. The one difference between this one and similar beds at a higher price is that this bed is fairly noisy. This one is definitely a bargain bed.

Good feel to the bed, fits in the existing frame but not quite to the edges so I installed the legs and it feels very sturdy with our previous, decorative bedframe around it. It is quite heavy and incredibly awkward to move and set up with just one person (I would say almost impossible) so you definitely will want two people. No tools required. The massage function feels better on the feet than the back but that could be personal preference and I didn't buy it for the massage anyways. Adjusting the bed feels very smooth, no jerking, bumps or stuttering. USB charging ports are VERY tucked away underneath the bed, probably the only real negative I experienced. For the price, a 5 star product; no issues after a few weeks of use.

I really like the tilt-able bed base, especially since you can lower the legs to go with a 12" mattress which helps a lot for us shorter people being able to get in and out of the bed easier or even sitting on it comfortably. Also, being able to sit up and read before going to sleep is wonderful and the cost of this one is half what I bought one for 10 years ago at a furniture store! Plus sleeping with the head raised helps keep reflux away. Overall, very pleased.

Independent head and foot up/down positions: These are great but of course they were expected to be great. Massage Option: Is GREAT! I use it at night when I am falling asleep. Pre-programmed positions: Is a really nice touch. I have not programed mine yet but I will in the near future. Anti-snore: I have not used the Anti-snore feature. Zero Gravity Feature: Is nice to have even though I have not used it much other than to just try it but I have only had the bed a week. Bed Flat Button: I use this every morning after I get out of bed so I can make the bed up. Pillow Tilt Support (up to 30 degrees): I was surprised how often I use this option. I love it. Undercarriage is made with reinforced steel for strength and durability: Time will only tell the complete story on this feature how every the frame seems to me to be well built and designed.

We purchased the Queen size adjustable frame, Very good options for the money with the usb plug-ins & massage motors placed in notable key positions. Head, mid back, & foot placement, massager motors are minimal as far as sound. I find it best to have the foot position motor on while trying to go to sleep so the vibration is not in your ear if you are a side sleeper. The frame is well designed & packaged well, for shipping as far as protecting the mechanical works. It was delivered by Fed Ex and one of the corners of the box was ripped of due to difficulty handling I’m sure by one driver. The box was a little beat up from shipping but it he product arrived unharmed due to the ingenious design when being shipped. It’s been about 1.5 months and the frame is working as planned with our 12” hybrid mattress. The frame fit perfectly inside our log bed frame, could not of asked for better information when looking for the measurements on frame when purchasing. We feel for the money it was a great choice if it stands the test of time, we expect it to though because it seems to be designed well, and built heavy duty. We would definitely purchase again, if we had to do it again. I’m not sure that it would be delivered much different if it were sent by UPS instead.

Incredible value made very well, works just like if not even better than some 3000 or $6000 Beds. Remote works like a charm. Bluetooth works like a charm with the app. And when I didn’t think that pillow motion would really work it does it’s fantastic. Build quality is great it looks like it’ll last for a long time the motors are very quiet, I’m really surprised at the Value here great job Sams Club!

I really expected there to be more assembly required, and was shocked to realize all I had to do was connect the power cord, attach the metal support at the foot, and screw on the legs. It was difficult to set up with one person, but I proved to myself that it was not impossible :) All of the functionality works perfectly, just as well or better than the ones that were twice the price at our local mattress shop.
