I just bought this bed frame. The delivery was very fast. I was not expecting such a large package. It does require two people to lift and flip as needed for Installation. The assembly’s was very easy. Ready to start using immediately. Very good purchase for the price. The Motor is loud with the massage feature but I expected that. Highly recommend this product.

I bought this over the Fourth of July holiday as a gift for my dad. He's 90 and needs to elevate his feet for circulation. The package arrived late (due to weather) and in bad shape (the outer box was damaged in shipping with the inner fabric torn thru the box). Sam's club was great about discounting it for the inconvenience and it was very easy to put together. It was a bit heavy for 1 person alone but I managed. It was out the box and ready for use in less than 45 minutes. The remote is more than expected with lots of bells and whistles (programmable, one touch adjustments, etc). The massage is a true pleasure! Dada was sleeping comfortably (with the massage and legs elevated) within an hour!

I purchased this about a week ago, this base is the most feature rich for your money, if you're considering an adjustable bed no need to look any further. Last night was my first night sleeping on it, paired with a 12" Lucid memory foam mattress. I awoke this morning rested and pain free, woke up in the same position I went to bed in, I'm 75, suffer from a bad back, arthritis and GERD, didn't need multiple pillows to prop myself up to try to get some relief. This bed is heavy, and heavy duty, I put it on a rug and slid into bedroom , really nothing much to do, remove boxes containing legs, remote, mattress retainer bar, follow easy to read instruction (I didn't read until finished), assembled by myself. Queen base comes as one piece, hinged in middle to make it a manageable size.Screw on legs, plug in power cord, check connections are tight then carefully set bed upright, run thru different operations to ensure all working properly. ( Hint, to ensure not damaging legs ) I screwed legs in on one side then lowered to floor, placed a stool to lay opposite side on then screwed the three legs on that side, removed stool and done.

This bed has a lot of features. I was lucky enough to get it on sale during President's Day. It is well worth the money I paid $499 at the time and plus I have back and leg issues. I sleep so much better now since purchasing and sleeping in the bed. Thank you so much Sam's Club!!!!

150lbs just for the queen. While the bed is heavy, it is easy to put together. For safety, you will need two people throughout the assembly process. Highly recommend moving straps if taking it to the second floor along with two very strong people. Legs are a little tough to put on so be careful. The legs are really sturdy even with all four extensions on them. Outside of the legs, all you need to do is plug in the power strip to the bed, flip over and plug into an outlet. the Frame is SOLID. Bed is easy to move on the floor once all put together and the extra USB ports are great to have. Instructions state there is an optional headboard and footboard bracket set. Which is something I may consider since I did have to remove the support brackets for my existing bed frame.

I received the bed frame today and set it up by myself. It is heavy and built well. I would recommend that you do this with two people. I did have help to flip it over to the correct position. I really like it, It is very well built. The features that come with it are great. I have seen frames twice the cost with less features. I highly recommend this product. I called to see about registration and was happy to hear that the product is registered for me by Sams at the time of purchase. I did call their customer service to see about registration . Their response was wonderful. This product is worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting a new adjustable bed frame. It worked great with my 10 inch foam mattress.

I have had this adjustable bed frame for 6 weeks now. I am very happy with it. It has worked perfectly every time. The message is nice to have. Its just like when we were kids and you would have to put a quarter into the machine hooked up to the bed for the massage, (magic fingers) You can adjust between low, med and high. It is heavy and very solid. I am 6' 300lbs and the new frame and mattress have been great!!!

So glad we decided to go with this unit. Saved thousands when compared to what they were trying to sell us from Sleep Number. The frame of this unit does interfere with the air hose for the sleep number mattress. I was able to cut a hole in the fabric of the adjustable base to route the air hose. So far, no issues and we love our base and all of its features.
