Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app. Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation. I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off. I finally caved and bought this bed base and the Members Mark premium mattress. The tilting headrest is definitely important in positioning for reading and watching TV. So comfortable! I’m sorry I waited so long to make up my mind to purchase it.

While on a visit to Sam’s I saw a model that was nice but didn’t have all the bells and whistles I was looking for so I went online and found this one that’s perfect! I really like the adjustable legs and charger ports. I shopped around for the best price and that’s one of the reasons why I bought it. Great price!

This is the 3rd purchase of adjustable bases for my household - and this one is hands down the best. Just had to connect legs - which come in multiple sections so that you can easily decide on best height for your nightstand, etc. What impressed me the most is that the price doesn't reflect on the quality and function. Remote has multiple functions - all worked right out of the box. More functions than my way more expensive ones. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this purchase.

I had bought my first adjustable base from Sam's about 6 years ago. It was the same class and price range as my recent adjustable base purchase. They shot up on pricing. After having to purchase membership upgrade I was able to purchase for $100.00 more than the last one. But I have to admit it is an above average upgrade from my first one. This has all the same features, same remote. Difference is no moving brackets underneath. So store away all the stay you do not have a place for. Unless your bed frame dictates the need for space. Operates just fine. Pretty quiet, smooth action. I see it just rolls inside arm brackets to go up and down. Weight load is 700 lbs, my original base has a weight load of 800 lbs. Very important for long life use. Box delivered in shambles, but everything worked just fine and no damage to base. Actually rec'd early delivery. Paid for standard delivery. Check out gets you on charges. Upgraded membership (no accident on Sam's part) obtaining a better out of pocket cost for base. The only reason the numbers worked out. All and all very happy with my 2nd adjustable base for my guest room. My original adjustable base moved from Florida to Texas works just fine. No problems. One last thing. I love being able to raise the head and/or foot making it easier to put on bottom fitted sheets when making up my beds.

I recently purchased the adjustable bed for my elderly mom and she absolutely loves it. She feels well rested in the morning and wakes up with no body aches. She loves the fact that she can adjust the settings to her liking. In her old bed she used to use five different pillows to help her sleep at night and with her new bed and Members Mark mattress she only uses one pillow. I would highly recommend the bed. I also purchased the extended warranty to ensure the bed motor is covered for several years.

The product is great, but good luck with getting it delivered undamaged. After the third one, I gave up and asked for a discount for the damage and hassle, which they agreed to. Pretty good customer service. I really like the bed and needed it desperately for a medical condition. But, could have gone without the delivery complications.

Read Carefully** I ordered this bed frame in a King because it has all the bells and whistles. Thought I would save money instead of buying my 3rd sleep number. This frame is horrible. We put a 14 inch hybrid gel mattress on this frame and it feels like it sinks in the middle and the feet feels higher in the air as if you have your legs propped up. I wouldn’t recommend this bed frame. It also seems thin and flimsy and the legs are also flimsy.

We bought it for guest bedroom and there have been no complaints! I plan to try out the adjustable bedroom to see if I want one in the master bedroom in the future.

After 6 years the adjustable frame works as well as when I got it in 2021, everything still works! I enjoy it thoroughly
