I have had my bed put together for about a week and I love it! Everything works independently, I can raise the head or feet or both. The massager could be stronger, but it works well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a platform frame.

Extremely dangerous. If you have small pets or children, DO NOT PURCHASE! There is no safety feature regarding the pinch points and this has resulted in the death of a small member of our family. I was a happy customer for multiple years. One of the massage motors went out, I reached out to the local club, was redirected to someone at the corporate office and got a replacement part all in the same week. Then a few weeks ago, one of our pets got under the bed without us knowing and was crushed when the bed was lowered. I immediately uninstalled the frame and will never use one again. I am also telling everyone that I know not to purchase this until something is done to address its safety.

I compaired several different bases before buying this one. This base is everything that was written in the description! I bought it about 1 month ago and couldn't be happier with my choice. Other bases that are similar cost so much more then this base. I'm very happy with the price and my choice of an amazing adjustable base

This is a great adjustable base. Arrives mostly assembled; just unfold it, attach the legs, attach the base bracket and attach the power cord. While not silent, it operates very quietly. There are height adjustable legs. The maximum height is perfect for me, a guy of 6’1”. The remote is backlit, easy to use and has worked so far without fail. This is a great adjustable base, rich with features for an unbeatable price. This really ups the luxury of a new mattress.

I didn't put mines together right away I didn't have the help. I'm disabled with a few areas of pain. I've used it now 4 days and YES! SO FAR IT'S BEEN GREAT! I researched high and low for adjustable frames. The Members Mark frame has all the fancy features of the high end expensive frames, but at about half the cost. Our backs have thanked us for this purchase! We paired it with a new Dreamcloud mattress, and nightly break pain is GONE! I dowloaded the app for the frame so my husband can keep the remote on his side of the bed. App works perfectly! Highly recommended!

We purchased this bed frame because my husband has gastric reflex and needed the elevation at the top of the bed. Its as described, very sturdy and easy to set up. The massage feature is just an extra feature that wasn't necessary but we wanted the other features. It was a good and worthwhile purchase, however, I need to add that this frame takes some muscle to move and to get in place. It is not for someone to think they can set up alone or for an elderly person who has no strength. Arrived in one large box (nothing to grip) that had to be opened on the front porch and carried through the house. Just saying.

This was a game changer for my husband. Since it was a queen size I knew the bed would be changing positions for me and my husband. I was worried at first because I know he usually sleeps with 3 pillows under his head. He now sleeps with one pillow and I don’t snore anymore my husband said ( I didn’t know I snored in the first place) We LOVE our new bed!!!

After years of sleeping in the recliner due to neck and shoulder pain, I decided to try an adjustable bed when specialty pillows were no help. Wow! Other than the weight of the base (140 lbs), it was a breeze to set up, just screw in the height-adjustable legs, turn it over, plug it in and its ready. I'm using it with a 10" thick memory foam mattress with no issue.

Members Mark adjustable base works great! I measured the width of the base to be certain it works with our Select Comfort mattress and the fit is perfect. Definetly choose this one over anything on other websites due to width. In the instruction booklet there is indication the base will fit inside an existing bed frame without the legs being attached on the base. While I had already added the legs, this would have fit perfectly inside our existing rice bed frame.
