Sorely disappointed. The fish was impossible to cook because it was too thin and mushy.

Verified Purchase

We weren’t fans of Tilapia until we had this.

This is better than what I expected.

Tasty Fish but too THIN

I enjoyed the flavor of the fish, however, the filets are too thin. They almost fall apart while rinsing them under water prior to seasoning and cooking. I would give the flounder more stars if the fish wasn't so small.

MUSHY

This was so mushy that we couldn't eat it. I tried cooking from frozen and from thawed and both ways turned into mush. We can't even finish eating the rest.

Flounder Impressed on Good Friday

They were EXCELLENT! My family was in the seafood business for decades and were looking for a reason NOT to like “frozen, mass produced” flounder because serving fresh flounder on Good Friday at their business was a legendary event. They were VERY IMPRESSED with the Member’s Mark Flounder and enjoyed it greatly. We had NONE left!

Members Mark Flounder Filets

I made parmesan encrusted flounder with the Members Mark Wild Alaska Flounder and it turned out perfectly. I'm really not a fan of flounder I prefer cod or salmon, however my daughter eats flounder. When I cooked it I was surprised at the taste and texture. Good Job Sam's Club.
