The flounder is great! Tender and flaky. I used Lemon Pepper seasoning and olive oil and baked them in the oven. Very happy with the results. Good value.

great I really appreciate that it is wild caught and not farm raised I would also like to see more organic selections and NON GMO products and NO SEED OIL variety

Delicious / frozen, but fresh

I did not enjoy. Being from the NW, I love flounder, but this had many blood lines in filets which make it strong

Flounder had a very mixed quality of fish filets in the pkg. I lightly breaded and fried about 6 medium size pieces of thawed flounder. Some of the fish had a strong fish taste and some had a mild sweet taste and other piece had a rubbery chewy texture. I wasn’t pleased with inconsistency of the fish and will not buy this again

The flounder tastes fine, but the portion is unbelievably small. Definitely need two pieces for a meal, four pieces for a man.

Horrible tasting fish. It smells so strong when you take it out of the bag it makes you gag! Money wasted on this.

Portions are very thin and extremely soft to the point it falls apart when cooking them. My personal opinion is not favorably good for this type of fish.

These filets are so thin they are impossible to cook. Most all of them are 1/4 to 1/8 inches thick. I would never buy again,

If the flounder is marked wild caught it should only have flounder in it. This is not the case. Please everyone read the ingredients
