The filet is paper thin for flounder! Taste was fine but it seems they made 4 to 6 "filet" pieces out of one fish! Quantity not worth the price.

Delicious and flaky as it should be! Greatly portioned out and individually cyrovac to retain freshness and easy use if your recipe only needs 1 or 2 fish.

The fish is so thin I have NEVER had flounder that thin. I think it really is tilapia.
