First, let me say that I have had, worn out, and LOVED two Little Green Machines. I bought this product thinking it would be a step up from my LGMs. Not so much! I HATED this product from the very first use. I would NOT recommend it. The hose is so rigid that it was extremely inflexible. It had curves from conforming to the shape of the machine base & the curves did not open up during use. Not surprised then that the hose split after just a few uses. The tanks leak and drip when they have liquid in them. This was a HUGE deal with the dirty water tank after cleaning up a nasty dog mess. This was a horrible purchase. I always dreaded using it. I lost a lot of confidence in Bissell products because of this bad experience. I'll go back to a Little Green Machine for now but if the quality of that product has declined, I'll look to other manufacturers for a solution to my pet cleanup needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love small carpet cleaners, but this one disappointed me. To me, ProHeat means there will be some form of warming of the water, no. It's cold water always which does nothing to help get the stains out. It's small and compact with a good design, I guess I'm just missing my little green machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only used this once so far on my car seat. Spilled buffalo sauce in the seat. Car smelled of it. Putting it together was easy. Water and cleaner measurement is fail proof. It worked beyond what I expected. You can see all the dirt from the lower part of my car seats (driver and passenger) going into brush and into tank. When spring rolls around I will use it on all my car seats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product in my daughter's room to get some old stains out. It's perfect for small messes especially when you have kids and pets! Although I haven't tried yet, it looks like it'll be great for couches. It's lightweight and easy to use. Easy clean up also! Fits great in my linen closet for storage.

I purchased this product to use on set-in stains like coffee and cat pee. I also purchased the Pro Spot Stain, Pet Oxy Boost, and Pre-Treatment solutions to go with the purchase. The coffee came out in one pass. For the cat pee, I used all three solutions on the carpeting and the stain came out in two full uses of the carpet cleaner. I was amazed at the difference! This product really works. It was also easy to disassemble and clean after each use. See my attached photo for reference on the cat pee before and after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fooled me. It's called Proheat so I assumed the water would be heated. It's not. So it doesn't evaporate/dry or clean as well as if it would with hot water. I would not buy again. And it leaks. Heat shouldn't be part of the name if there is no heating involved. The instructions say fill with hot tap water... :(

I'm impressed with its suction power and it removes quite a bit of the solution I've sprayed on. The sprayer works very well, too. It saturates the surface, but not too deeply as to take a long time to dry. The only thing constrictive about Little Green is the suction hose is a bit too short. But I understand why since it must be wrapped around the machine for storage. Maybe offering an extension suction tube might help.

I have taken care of this unit and cleaned it after every use. I followed Bissells trouble shooting tips multiple times and now I have to replace the pump for a SECOND time and I've only used this product less than 10 times. Complete waste of money and I will be looking at other brands and never waste my money on another Bissell product again.

I absolutely love this Pro Heat portable carpet cleaner. I bought this at first when I got my dog so that if there were any accidents and messes I would have something I could easily carry and use all around the house. It worked so well that I began using it for household spills and messes by my children also. It is really simple to fill with water and solution and then clean. It only takes a few sprays and sweeps and I have had it clean all sorts of messes from my dogs, drinks, food spills, muddy shoe messes, and much more. I absolutely love this and wouldn't ever go without one again! After using it I normally clean it out right after so the container doesn't get an odor to it and make sure that it's ready for next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small dogs under 20 pounds. This product can barely clean up after my 6 pound dog. It broke in under a month, it is in an inferior product, that was poorly designed. Try again and do better.
