[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd or 4th Bissell product purchased over the years. This was bought about 2 months ago and been used about 5 to 6 times since purchasing. Each model I've purchased over the years I feel gets worse and worse. Basic functionality seems lost and downgraded with every model. This unit has beyond dumbfounded me to the point I have now started to question our American Education System and i feel dumber now having used it. The unit leaks more than I think it actually retains liquid. I spend about half the time cleaning a mess, only to spend the other half cleaning the new mess from the machine malfunctioning and leaking all over the carpets, rugs, hardwood, tiles, etc. I had read reviews of people saying it leaked and regretfully downplayed the seriousness of those remarks. After all, their previous models also leaked to a certain degree. However, I did not expect that a product could be this bad. I cannot stress enough to never purchase this machine unless you are buying as a gift to someone you utterly despise. I hope this saves a few people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the BISSEL carpet cleaner because I have animals and I used it once and wasn't super impressed. The tank that holds the dirty water fills up really fast and needs to be emptied consistently. I noticed that it was leaking a bit from the bottom. I didn't think that the suction was all that good either. I am kind of wishing I bought a different product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today I opened up the BISSELL Little Green Proheat carpet and upholstery cleaner and tried it out on some rug spots by my front door. When I took it out of the box, it was easy to assemble, and it comes with a few attachments. Even the 3 in 1 stair tool! Once I filled the container with water and the supplied formula, I just attached the 3" tough stain tool and pre-treated the spots for 5 minutes. I then cleaned it with the tough stain tool, and as you can see from the pictures, the spots are gone! I love how small this cleaner is too, because I don't need a lot of space for it. This is super easy to use, it cleans upholstery, stairs & more! It even comes with a self cleaning hose tool to rinse out the hose when done. Highly recommended!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say! I have owned expensive shampooers and this one is my favorite! The size and weight is great. No cons there. The noise level is better than the big machines. The effectiveness is fantastic. We have 2 dogs that drag a lot of mud and dirt inside to the 2 large neutral-color rugs we have. I was so pleased how quick and effectively these dark spots came right up. You can see the dirt lift away. I love that I don't have to drag my large unit out because this one is so much easier to use and just as quick to get the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best cleaners for cleaning up spots or pet accidents it has nice attachments the tanks are easily removed and your able to clean them out easily I also had a cordless spot cleaner the battery died so I got this machine I'm glad i did works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've have used this product for over a year to clean up after one of my dogs has an accident. It works great until the hose breaks. They don't appear to sell replacement hoses which is a shame. So basically when you buy one, you a renting it for a year and then would have to buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The name "Proheat" leads you to believe the machine heats the water. It does NOT! The cleaning solution tank empties, but the drain tank shows very little solution gets emptied. The performance is terrible and a waste of your time, effort and money. I got this a month ago and it's heading to the dump this weekend.

I've only had the Little Green Pro Heat a few months and have used it primarily for dog messes. I've cleaned the hose and tanks after each use, but the hose has split so much at the end that it's nearly detached. There's no suction left, so I'm left with wet carpeting and rugs. I was hoping there was a replacement hose available, but I didn't see one. This machine cleaned adequately when I first bought it, but not enough that I'd purchase it again.

It is the most amazing product out there, I use it on my bedroom carpet and it cleaned up the cat vomit stain that was left for my older cat. It was super easy to use. Very fast cleaning I love the heated water technology that it uses to clean the carpet. Totally amazing not only can, it clean my carpet but my Car upholstery as well. I love the fact that it is easy to clean out as well. Great to use on couches as well. My whole family loves it. My husband can't get enough of cleaning the upholstery, it's a joy to use.This is my new favoriteBissell product. I'm totally buying one for my mom now just so she could have it on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Little Green Proheat is compact, yet very powerful to get the dirt liftet out of the carpet. It's easy to operate and compact enough to store in small spaces. Great for cleaning smaller spaces including furniture and cars. This was my first time using a Bissell product and I'm a believer! :) I'm looking into the larger cleaners for my entire carpet areas.
