The controller is good and all but when I was playing call of duty Cold War my r2 button spring came off so it’s loose and when I barely even press it. It shoots and I was wondering if I could get a replacement

Controller works fantastic . Syncing it to our PS was a simple and very easy process. My children were back to their favorite games in a matter of moments.

Not sure why people have such bad experiences with controllers. Stop being so rough on them?….never had a stick drift issue or any issue with any of the 4 remotes I’ve owned for almost 2 years now

The R1 button and i haven't received a refund for the item and i ahve their crappy protection plan that I've been waiting on a refund for 11 days, ues 11 days without a controller.
