The R1 button and i haven't received a refund for the item and i ahve their crappy protection plan that I've been waiting on a refund for 11 days, ues 11 days without a controller.

the right top trigger went out.Didnt use it alot.About 10hrs of usage.Took it apart and it didnt look like it was soldered very good(the wires to the pcb)Resoldered it but trigger still doesnt work. Dont have a photo

I got one with my PS5. Started lagging and "auto movement forward" after 8 months. Got a new one in December 2021, and the new one had the same problem 6 months later. If you buy one, buy a warranty.

Not sure why people have such bad experiences with controllers. Stop being so rough on them?….never had a stick drift issue or any issue with any of the 4 remotes I’ve owned for almost 2 years now
