Within a few months every ps5 controller seems to develop drift. Fro yhe price of these, its ridiculous. we have made sure to keep them put away, not drop them, qnd basically baby them and no matter what they end up with drift. We now have 6 useless controllers with only 1 that has lasted. Never had so man issues with drift as with these controllers.

I bought a new PS5 and it come with a controller. I then bought 2 new controllers, all three controllers will not hold a charge. I have turned in 2 of these and neither of these hold a charge. Not a Walmart fault, but Sony should at least try to make sure when you pay $74 for one of these things it will work.

This is the same great controller for PS5, only in a sleek, black color. It's a shame that so many people still can't get a PS5. If I would have told you 2 years ago that a notorious scalper known as "Picklenose" had cornered the pickle market and was demanding outrageous prices for pickles, you probably would have thought it sounded like a nefarious scheme from the Batman 66 TV show. Only Batman hasn't shown up to "Wham", "Bam" and "Pow" these crooks to justice. At least we can count on Walmart to protect the citizens of our fair metropolis from the this putrid, plunderer of pickles. What's this? Great Scotts, Walmart is actually helping "Picklenose" sell the pickles? Chief Ohara, we better try the batphone again!

I purchased the Gold and Midnight Blue. Both were solid and weighed the same as the controller that came with my PS5. Good battery life. Audio through the headphone jack is strong and clear. Controls feel quality. No obvious signs of fraudulent controllers. I am happy with my purchase.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Really disappointed. Controller I received with my PS5 stopped working after only a couple months. Experiencing delays, drift and movement on its own. Apparently it’s a huge issue that PS5 has fixed with their coloured controllers (which is probably why it’s more expensive) but the white controllers are known to break down after a while. Get the warranty so you can switch it out when the issue arises. Unavoidable from what I understand.

I hate the process to get a hold of someone to help with the warranty i bought for my husband's controller for his ps5. Its so hard to just get a hold of someone and process a claim. I bought a2 year warranty i can't even use and the remote is just sitting there since we can't use it.

what about amazing console! been a sony fan since ps1 and this 1 is by far the best system they have made. dont be amused by the negative reviews from people that dont have 1not xbox fans. that's childish. trust this system is amazing. to be fair the xbox is a great 1 as well. the next Gen systems in general are a major step in the right direction. 60 fps should be the new norm for gaming period. the system is sexy and huge. I had to reconfigure my whole man cave to find a place to sit it. it can be put on its side as well but it looks the best standing up in my opinion. my only negative and it's not the systems fault is that most people's TVs aren't good enough for what the system can do. 1440p and 120 frame rates and 4k give it the ultimate experience. for a 70 inch that does that is around 2k but it still looks amazing on a 1080p 4k with with HDR so there are more issues. for the people that haven't gotten 1 just be patient. it's worth the wait. kinks and bugs are still being worked out as well so it might be better to wait a little bit till the system is running at a more optimal level. but when you do get hands on this beast you will be happy as a gamer with you purchase.

left joy stick gave out less then two months. only playing Call of Duty. so the controller onlyhad 275 hours of play. So instead of buying a replacment to it to a gameshop in Saginaw MI called One Up gaming and turn it in to a performance controller hall effects joystick and mouseclick Bumpers.
