Ps5 controllers usually develop drift, %26 there's no real fix other than total refurbismnebt or replacement. This controller was purchased to replace the original controller. We chose the insurance option, knowing the way drift will always occur, %26 buying brand new is expensive after a while. So when it did as Ps5 controllers always do, we patted ourselves on the back for accepting the plan %26 after making sure it was in the right time frame, started our claim. Allstate, however, apparently does not understand small electronic repair shops are very rare now. Since every other protection plan we have ever used do comprehend this simple fact, it was pretty disappointing that Allstate told us to take the controller to a 'local repair shop,' pay out of pocket %26 they'd reimburse us 'later.' I will be getting any future electronic %26 protection plan through Amazon or Best Buy, both of which we have had satisfactory experiences with.

Terribly overrated product. Feels good to hold and use but I've had 4 since launch. Stick drift happens every time after about 4 months. If you own a PS5, Sony now has you in a vice. If you think a 3rd party controller is an option..prepare to shell out $250 for one Sony "allows".

Finally had the chance to spoil my husband this Christmas, and get him the PS5 he had been eyeing since the console was released. Console we bought only came with one controller, so I got him the controller with the really cool grey scheme camouflage. He absolutely loves it. 10/10 recommend!

When it comes to gameplay, the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really stand out. It's incredible how the controller vibrates and reacts to the action in Spider-Man. It's like you can feel every swing and hit, which adds a whole new level of immersion. Now, the size of the controller is a bit big for my hands at first, but honestly, I got used to it pretty quickly. It's actually quite comfortable, especially during those longer gaming sessions where I get lost in the game world. Regarding battery life, it's decent but I do find myself charging it more often, especially during those intense gaming marathons. It's not a big deal though, considering the incredible gaming experience it offers. As for the touchpad, it's a cool feature. It does have some useful functions, especially in games that utilize it well. I find myself using it for quick menu navigation and such. And yes, the white color does show smudges easily, but a simple wipe with a cloth takes care of that. Overall, I've been having a blast with the PS5 and this controller. It truly elevates the gaming experience with its immersive features. If you're a fan of gaming, especially the next-gen kind, you're definitely in for a treat with this setup.

The PS5 remotes are simply fantastic, and it's hard to believe that they cost less than the PS4 remotes. what about amazing console! been a sony fan since ps1 and this 1 is by far the best system they have made. dont be amused by the negative reviews from people that dont have 1not xbox fans. that's childish. trust this system is amazing. to be fair the xbox is a great 1 as well. the next Gen systems in general are a major step in the right direction. 60 fps should be the new norm for gaming period. the system is sexy and huge. I had to reconfigure my whole man cave to find a place to sit it. it can be put on its side as well but it looks the best standing up in my opinion. my only negative and it's not the systems fault is that most people's TVs aren't good enough for what the system can do. 1440p and 120 frame rates and 4k give it the ultimate experience. for a 70 inch that does that is around 2k but it still looks amazing on a 1080p 4k with with HDR so there are more issues. for the people that haven't gotten 1 just be patient. it's worth the wait. kinks and bugs are still being worked out as well so it might be better to wait a little bit till the system is running at a more optimal level. but when you do get hands on this beast you will be happy as a gamer with you purchase.

Late ordering all my gifts ( daughter has been in hospital) I ordered from Walmart -Best Buy- Amazon and yet to get a email that they have been shipped Except Walmart which they were delivered before 3 pm. I have owned a ps5 since April of this year. August 6th the controller it came with stopped working. The dpad up arrow stopped entirely. Tried all the fixes nothing works out of warranty. Bought another one August 8th. 84 days later, today, breaks again. Up arrow d pad not working. I bought insurance on it but it broke 84 days in, so idk if my insurance is voided now? I love the controller but it’s not made well. Get insurance on it because past 90 days you’ll be eating another $80
